Inactive Wells: Statewide Rule 15 Compliance and Organization Report Renewal

This session will discuss how to achieve compliance with Statewide Rule 15. Emphasis will be given to understanding the enforcement process, and how acquisitions and divestitures affect the renewal of an Organization Report (Form P-5).
