Gas Utility Annual Reports

Investor-Owned Intrastate Gas Utility Annual Reports

Investor-Owned Intrastate Gas Utility Annual Reports reflect financial information for each calendar year, to include Reconciliation of Gas Utility Tax, reporting of Sales, Purchases and Transport For A Fee Revenue. Distribution Annual Reports include the same financial information, plus Operations by Entire Company and Individual Towns or Locations.

(Calendar Year 2009 - 2014)

Municipally-Owned Gas Distribution Utilities

Municipally-Owned Gas Distribution Utilities, while subject to all pipeline safety requirements and regulations, are self-governed with regards to rate-setting authority. The municipally-owned distribution utilities submit to the Commission a 12-month summary of their gas operations ending June 30th of each year.

The submission not only summarizes their number of customers, respective consumption and average rates, but also reports their purchase volumes, which in turn allows the Commission to monitor the lost and unaccounted for gas volumes and percentages.  The data collected can be viewed in Tables 3 and 5A, 5B and 5C of the Gas Utilities Annual Statistical Reports on the Commission’s website.
