Conference Purpose

The Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) is hosting this conference to inform and train oil & gas and pipeline operators and other industry representatives on the applicable laws, rules, and procedures for hydrocarbon production in Texas.

Please note that an exhibitor cannot be an organization under the jurisdiction of the RRC. The RRC is the state agency with primary regulatory jurisdiction over the oil and natural gas industry, pipeline transporters, natural gas and hazardous liquid pipeline industry, natural gas utilities, the LP-gas industry, and coal and uranium surface mining operations.

Exhibitor Application

An organization wanting to exhibit at the RRC Regulatory Conference must submit an Exhibitor Application to the RRC by 5 p.m. on Friday, June 30, 2023.

After the application is approved, the organization will be provided instructions on exhibitor fees and payment. Once the fees are received, the exhibitor will receive their booth confirmation and location information.

Please note that all exhibitors and their representatives must register as conference attendees.

Booth/Exhibit Space

Exhibitor registration guarantees the following:

  • 1 - 8’ x 8’ draped booth/exhibit space;
  • 1 - six-foot table; and
  • two chairs.

Exhibitor Registration

After approval of their Exhibitor Application, each exhibitor and their representatives must register as an attendee via RRC EVENTS by 5 p.m. on Friday, July 27, 2023.

**After you register, you will receive two confirmation emails: one confirming registration completion and one confirming payment receipt. Registration Fees

$450 per person by June 30, 2023
$550 per person July 1-27, 2023

No walk-up registration is available

Registration fees:

  • are payable online using credit card or electronic check;
  • are subject to convenience fees;
  • are non-refundable; and
  • include breakfast, lunch, and snacks on both days of conference.

Check In

Check in will be held at the registration desk on the second floor of the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center beginning at 8 a.m. on Monday, July 31. Early check in will be held from 4-5 p.m. on Sunday, July 30 at AT&T Hotel and Conference. Please bring your registration confirmation to check in.

Exhibitor Services

The Exhibitor Service Contractor is Encore. Exhibitors who require electricity and other amenities for their booth must submit an order and payment to Encore online by Monday, July 14, 2023. Encore accepts credit card payments. Purchase orders and checks are not accepted. Any cancellation of the services and request for a refund must be coordinated with Encore.

Package Shipping & Handling

The AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center will receive and store exhibit packages 72 hours prior to the RRC Regulatory Conference. Please note that there are package handling/storage fees for ALL incoming packages that arrive at the venue.

Exhibit Move-In Schedule

Move-in and set up for all booths in the Exhibit Hall in the Grand Ballroom at the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center is:

  • July 31 – 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

All exhibit booths must be fully installed by 4 p.m. for inspection by RRC staff.

Exhibit Hall Hours

All booths must remain intact and staffed during these hours:

  • July 31    – 4:00 p.m. to   6:30 p.m.
  • August 1 – 8:00 a.m. to   6:00 p.m.
  • August 2 – 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Tear Down

  • August 2 – 10:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Exhibit tear-down will begin Wednesday, August 2, at 10:30 a.m. Tear down will continue until 5 p.m. The exhibit hall must be clear by that time. Any exhibitors that do not adhere to these hours may not be allowed to exhibit at the next RRC Regulatory Conference or other RRC events.
