Military Complaints (Chapters 9, 13, and 14)
This page lists complaints received by the Alternative Fuels Safety Department- of the Railroad Commission of Texas concerning military service members, military veterans or military spouses who hold Alternative Fuel licenses or certifications issued by the Commission or whose out of state licenses or certifications are recognized by the Commission.
Pursuant to Commission rules § 9.14(a)(4) for LP-Gas, 13.76(a)(4) for CNG, and 14.2015(a)(4) for LNG, and Texas Occupations Code § 55.0043, the Commission publishes this information on its website at least quarterly and includes a general disposition of each complaint.
