Public GIS Viewer General Maintenance

Due to general maintenance, Public GIS Viewer will be unavailable beginning at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 21 until 6 p.m. on Sunday, June 22, 2025.

The Public GIS Viewer is Now the Exclusive RRC Viewer on the Railroad Commission of Texas Website.

The Legacy GIS Viewer is no longer be available on the Railroad Commission of Texas (the Commission) website. The new Public GIS Viewer, which includes enhanced functionality, is the exclusive GIS Viewer on the website.

Resources are available to facilitate the transition between the use of the Legacy GIS Viewer and the new Public GIS Viewer.
