Texas.Gov Payments General Maintenance

Notice to Operators: RRC Online Payments will be unavailable September 25, 2026, from 12:00 AM CT to 12:30 AM CT.  During this time, customers using RRC applications will be unable to process online payments through Texas.gov payment services and will be redirected to a maintenance page and unable to complete payments until after the maintenance is complete.

Application for Texas Severance Tax Incentive Certification Online Filing Now Available

April 30, 2019

Oil and gas operators can now file Form ST-1, Application for Texas Severance Tax Incentive Certification, with the Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) online using RRC Online System at https://webapps.rrc.texas.gov/security/login.do. Effective September 1, 2019, the RRC will no longer accept hard copy filings of the Form ST-1.
