Notice to Operators: RRC Online Payments will be unavailable Friday, May 1, 2026, from 12:00 AM CT to 1:00 AM CT.  During this time, customers using RRC applications will be unable to process online payments through Texas.gov payment services and will be redirected to a maintenance page and unable to complete payments until after the maintenance is complete.

Notice to Oil & Gas and Pipeline Operators: Winter Weather Outlook

The National Weather Service is predicting chances of snow in parts of the Midland-Odessa and Panhandle regions late Thursday into Friday.

While there is still some uncertainty about the extent of the wintry precipitation, the Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) advises all operators under the RRC’s jurisdiction in areas of potential impact to take the following actions:
