This session will provide detailed instructions on completing and filing the Form PR (Monthly Production Report) also mentioning the new flaring disposition codes, Form P-17 [Application for Permit Exception to Statewide Rules 26 and/or 27 (Commingling)]; and Form P-17A [Application for Commingle Permit Pursuant to Statewide Rules 26 and/or 27 (Commingling)]. This session will also discuss when fees are required for certain Form P-17 filings.
