The Injection/Disposal Well Pressure Test (H-5) application and Injection-Storage Permit Query is currently experiencing difficulties with retrieving the records using Search. Information Technology Services (ITS) is working to resolve the issue and will provide an update as the service has been restored.

Utility Tax Payment Guide

Please refer to the following information for access requirements and navigation steps needed to submit Utility Tax payments through the Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) GAS system.

Access Requirements

To make payments, users must have an active RAMP (RRC Account Management Portal) account.

If you know your account details, you can log in to make your payment via the RAMP Login Page.

If you do not have access, or are uncertain, please contact your organization’s RAMP administrator (follow this link for more information on login requirements).

Payment Quick Steps

After you successfully log in:

  1. You will be automatically redirected to the RRC External User Interface Portal.
  2. Scroll down to locate the GAS section.
  3. Select Make a Payment.
  4. Select the desired outstanding payment from the list and follow the onscreen instructions.
