Class VI Public Comment Form
Members of the public may participate in CO2 Geologic Storage (UIC Class VI) permitting by submitting comments or requesting a public meeting. Your input is appreciated and will be reviewed by RRC staff. This online form is only for public comment by interested persons. If you believe you are an affected person and want to file a protest and request a contested case hearing, please see the Class VI Affected Person Protest instructions.
The online public participation form is limited to an amount of text equivalent to about 8 pages. If your submission will exceed this amount or you experience an error when submitting the form, please submit using either:
