Injection/Disposal (H-5) Application and Injection-Storage Permit Query Experiencing Issues

The Injection/Disposal Well Pressure Test (H-5) application and Injection-Storage Permit Query is currently experiencing difficulties with retrieving the records using Search. Information Technology Services (ITS) is working to resolve the issue and will provide an update as the service has been restored.

This proration schedule view does not list individual wells for leases with unit allowables. To view all wells on a lease with a unit, reference the Proration Schedule by Field.
